While placing order you will see a field marked “Start Count”
If you are ordering views Start count is the no of views your video currently have, so if you have 28 views at the time of placing order, just type 28 in that box.

Likewise with other services, if you are ordering subs, just type number of subs your channel currently have at the time of placing the order. And so with likes and other services. 

There are mainly 3 reasons why your order goes on hold:

  1. Wrong start count – once you place your order our server immediately cross verifies with the actual start count on your URL, if the count mismatches, the order goes on hold.
  2.  Channel Subs or Likes are hidden – If you are ordering Subs or likes services make sure your number of subs/Likes are not hidden and are public, any order with hidden numbers immediately goes on hold by server so please make sure they are public while the order is processing.
  3. Blacklisted accounts – If your account is in blacklisted list on our website or our network sites/Apps your order will go on hold immediately. Please don’t order is you have been blacklisted before.

By default our emails goes to SPAM folder in your email, please make sure you check both inbox and spam both to find any email form us, can be for order status or reset password link.

If you find our emails are landing in SPAM please mark them safe and add support@youtubeviews.in in your address of that email so you will receive immediate notifications and emails of your account activities.
